Once upon a time, there lived, some plump porkers. They wanted to build their own homes so they could be independent. The first pig built a house out of hay, the second pig constructed his dwelling from sticks, and the third pig was clever to make a strong dwelling out of bricks.
The nasty wolf came along and saw the pigs' houses. He wanted to eat them! First, he went to the first pig's house of hay and said, "Let me in!". The little pig refused but the wolf just whooshed his breath and the shelter blew down. The first pig ran over to the second pig's house of twigs. The wolf hunted after him. He hit on the door and said, "Let me in!". The two pigs said no but the wolf just whooshed his breath and the house blew away. The two pigs ran towards the third pig's house of bricks.
The wolf, who was getting mad, rapped on the door and shouted, "Let me in!". The third pig told him to go away but the wolf just whooshed his breath and nothing happened! The house did not move.
The wolf, tired, gave up the chimney. But the third pig had seen it coming and was waiting with a big pot of boiling water! The wolf slid into the hot water and screamed until he learned his lesson.
The three little pigs were safe and lived happily ever after.
